Our founder, Justin Tuck, has been advising clients since 1992. With over three decades of experience and Chartered Financial Planner status (achieved in 2024), Justin combines deep technical knowledge with a straightforward, practical approach to financial planning. The aim is simple – to help clients feel clearer, more organised and more confident about their finances.
We work with individuals, families and business owners to build plans that support the life they want to live, whether that means preparing for retirement, investing for the future, protecting loved ones, funding long-term care or passing wealth to the next generation.

Justin is responsible for the advice within Utopia Wealth Planning.
“I am a Chartered Financial Planner. I have been giving advice to clients since I was 23 years old in 1992, originally running a team of advisers in the Bournemouth area and then moving with my family relocating to Kent in 2009.
Utopia Wealth planning offers truly independent advice to its clients and specialises in looking after our clients wealth as they progress through life. We offer both the traditional face to face advice meetings as well as advice using virtual or remote appointments, especially with our younger clients.”
Aigul, came from Kazakhstan to the UK in 2003 to do a Law Degree where she met Justin in Bournemouth, and then when they started a family she moved to Kent. She has worked with Justin helping him for 14 years.
“I am responsible for looking after the office and our various contracts as well as maintaining and building our relationships with new and existing clients.”
